Heritage Walks for Local Schools

This week the Fenland Trust was pleased to lead Year 5 children from Yaxley’s William de Yaxley Academy on a walk along Yaxley’s Heritage Spine. The interactive talk, taking in the Olinthus Gregory birthplace, allowed the children to interact with historic artefacts including Napoleonic cast iron shackles and an English Civil War cannon ball.
